GCH CH Briarcrest's Everything Happens for a Riesling
Reese is the puppy we kept from our GCH Cooper x CH Harper litter. It was love at first sight for our little lavender girl and we are so glad we kept her. She is such a delightful, sweet puppy. She has an outstanding temperament, darling head and expression and jet black pigment. She moves effortlessly and is very balanced with correct coat and is also a great retriever. She's eager to please which makes her very easy to train and loves everyone she meets. We sent Reese to Janice Hayes to show in California where she floated around the ring and finished her AKC Championship with three majors in 12 open shows with Janice. The day after she finished, she went Select Bitch for another major handled by Janice's assistant in a line up of 12 golden specials. In her first shows out as a special, she placed 2nd and 4th in the Sporting Group and has received multiple Best of Breeds and an Owner Handled Reserve Best in Show. Reese finished her AKC Grand Championship, breeder owner handled, under breeder judge Ms. Denise Reel and she ended 2024 as the number 5 golden in the National Owner Handled Series. She has OFA good hips and OFA normal elbows, eyes and heart. Reese is everything I hoped for from my Cooper x Harper breeding and we are so proud of this girl! We are now really looking forward to Reese’s next chapter as a mom.
